Value
Therapy sessions provide you with the opportunity to focus on what is important – YOU. You will be provided a safe place to explore your thoughts, feeling, and concerns. Your sessions will allow you to focus on gaining a deeper understanding of yourself while working to improve the quality of life through processing trauma, healthier coping, self-exploration, and developing self-awareness.
Rates
Counseling
- Initial Assessment – $150
- Individual Sessions –
- 50 minute hour – $125
- 45 minutes – $115
- 30 minutes – $75
Cancellations
- Cancelled appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations and no shows will be charged at $50.
Coaching
- Includes one month, 4 1-hr one-on-one coaching sessions, short-term goal setting, plus email support – $700
Payment
Payment is due to time of service. All major credit cards, health savings account, and cash are accepted.

Aligned Counseling & Wellness Services will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if out of network. Aligned Counseling & Wellness Services does not guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you. Please contact your insurance to verify coverage.
